Step-Motor and Driver-Electronic

The high-performance 2-phase High-Torque Stepper Motors of the HECM-Series have a flange of 60 mm with a hole mounting distance of 47.14 mm (Nema23). The Stepper Motors are available in 4 lengths (43.5, 54, 65, 85mm) and have Holding Torques of up to 3.3 Nm. Due to the high Holding Torque, as well as the low Vibrations and the resulting higher running friction, these Stepping Motors can be used in a wide variety of Applications, especially where Motors with a larger flange cannot be used.

The Stepper Motors of the HECM-Series can be driven with the Driver-Electronics of the ECMD-Series. When the Driver-Electronics are switched on, an automatic Motor Set-Up records the Motor and automatically adjusts the operating parameters. Step resolutions from full step to 1/50 step are adjustable. For a Stepper Motor with a 1.8 ° full-angle angle, this corresponds to a resolution of 10000 steps per revolution. Protection against over- and under voltage, overcurrent, overtemperature are just as standard as an active ballast circuit and an automatic current reduction at a standstill.

The ECMD288 and ECMD298 Driver-Electronics have an absolutely low noise, low resonance and high torque constancy from step to step. The mounting is either by wall or DIN rail mounting. All connectors are detachable on the front.
