Change to the new DIN EN ISO Standard 9001:2015.

  

Quality assurance and quality management have been an important part of EC Motion GmbH for many years.

In 2002, we introduced a quality management system (QM system). And now also meets the requirements of the new
Standard EN ISO 9001: 2015. In May 2017, the ISO certificate was successfully extended and converted to the new standard.

Series of Step Motor with Encoder has been extended for the 42mm Step Motor HECM24-Series and the 60mm Step Motor HECM26-Series.

  

In applications where it is necessary to know exact rotation or monitoring the steps Encoders are able to control the rotor
position. The combination of Step Motor and Encoder allows the structure of a close-loop systems.

Electromagnetic Brake for Step Motors with 56.4/60 mm Flange (Brake Moment 3,3 Nm) and for Step Motors with 86 mm Flange, (Brake Moment 10,2 Nm).

   Electromagnetic Brakes makes sure that in a event of a sudden Power failure, the vertical position, is held and refuse the 
damage of the Tools and Parts. The Holding Torque is generated by the brake-shoe and keep the position. The Brakes are
supplied with a 24V DC and mounted on the R
ear-Shaft (B-Shaft) of the Step Motor. The Brake holds the Step Motor in saferty
at the interruption of the power supply.

42mm HECM 2-Phase High-Torque Step Motor up to 1 Nm Holding Torque.

  

The 2-Phase Step Motors of HECM24-Series are a New Generation of powerful High-Torque Step Motors. With a flange
of 42mm they are probably the World's most powerful Step Motors in this size. The Step Motors are in three lengths
(41, 49 and 61mm) available and have Holding Torques of up to 1 Nm. These Torque were so far only with larger
Step Motors (flange 56.4mm) to reach. The Step Motors of HECM24-Series can therefore be used where High Torque
is required with very compact dimensions.

60mm HECM 2-Phase High-Torque Step Motor up to 3.3 Nm Holding Torque.

  

The 2-Phase Step Motors of the HECM26-Series are a Generation of powerful High-Torque Nema 24 Step Motors with a 60mm
flange and a Shaft diameter of 8mm. The Step Motors are available in 4 lengths and they are available with Single-Shaft or
Double-Shaft. The Holding Torque of the HECM26-Series reaches up to 3.3Nm. The high Holding Torque, as well as the low
Vibration and the resulting higher Smoothness these Step Motors can use in a variety of Applications, particularly where no
Motors can be used with a larger flange, lack of space but more Torque is required.

56.4mm 0.9° Full Step SECM 2-Phase High-Torque Step Motor

  

The 0.9 ° Full Step Angle and High Torque Step Motors of the SECM26-Series are used in applications wherever a higher resolution
is required. By simply replacing the Step Motor (SECM26 with 1.8° due SECM26 with 0.9°) the number of steps is easy doubled. The
Step Motors are available in the following length. (A = Single-Shaft-Version  / B = Double-Shaft-Version)
